Cookies and Tracking Technologies

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit websites. Cookies allow websites to recognize your device and store information about your preferences or activities. Pixels (also known as pixel tags, web beacons, or clear GIFs) are tiny invisible images embedded in web pages or emails. When a page or email containing a pixel is viewed, it loads from the server and lets the Website or service know that someone has visited the page or opened the message. Pixels help measure how effective online advertising or email campaigns are and can be used to understand how users interact with the site or messages.

To keep things simple, we refer to cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, and similar technologies collectively herein as "Cookies."

By using the Website, you agree to our use of Cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy.

Advertising Cookies

We may use third-party advertising partners (such as Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok) to show personalized or interest-based ads based on your past activity on our Website. These partners may use Cookies or similar technologies to track your behavior across sites. While we do not exchange personal information with these partners for money, these disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under U.S. privacy laws because they can be used for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or analytics. The Company does not control the privacy or security practices of third-party advertising, analytics, communication, or technology providers.

These technologies may recognize your device over time and across different websites and services. Examples include:

How to Opt Out:

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time by:

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS, encryption of sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, principle-of-least-privilege provisioning, multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts, audit logging, secure credential storage, and periodic review of our security practices and vendor agreements.

However, no security system is completely secure. You acknowledge and agree that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Except as required by applicable law, Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your information resulting from circumvention of our security measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for unauthorized access, theft, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure of information resulting from events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, third-party service provider failures, internet disruptions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed security breach that compromises the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal information, the Company will investigate the incident, take reasonable steps to contain and remediate it, and notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with the timelines and requirements of applicable federal and state breach-notification laws. Notifications will describe, to the extent known and permitted by law, the nature of the incident, the categories of information affected, and the steps individuals can take to protect themselves.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and support business operations. As a general rule, lead-inquiry information is retained for up to seven (7) years following your last interaction with the Company; marketing-suppression records (such as opt-out and STOP requests) are retained indefinitely so that we can honor your preferences; transactional and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically up to seven (7) years); and server, security, and audit logs are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months. We may also retain backup and archival copies for a limited additional period for disaster-recovery and legal-compliance purposes. When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable laws and our internal data-retention policies.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or other categories of sensitive personal information through the Website. Please do not submit such information through our forms or communication channels. If sensitive information is provided to us inadvertently, we will treat it with heightened safeguards and delete it when no longer needed.

International Data Transfers

Our Website is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
